NOVAS31MeanStar Method
Computes the ICRS position of a star, given its apparent place at date 'JdTt'. Proper motion, parallax and radial velocity are assumed to be zero.

Parameters

JdTt
Type: SystemDouble
TT Julian date of apparent place.
Ra
Type: SystemDouble
Apparent right ascension in hours, referred to true equator and equinox of date.
Dec
Type: SystemDouble
Apparent declination in degrees, referred to true equator and equinox of date.
Accuracy
Type: ASCOM.AstrometryAccuracy
Specifies accuracy level
IRa
Type: SystemDouble
ICRS right ascension in hours.
IDec
Type: SystemDouble
ICRS declination in degrees.

Return Value

Type: Int16
    0 ... Everything OK
    1 ... Iterative process did not converge after 30 iterations; 
 > 10 ... Error from function 'Vector2RaDec'
 > 20 ... Error from function 'AppStar'.
