Parameters
- RightAscension Double
- The destination right ascension (hours).
- Declination Double
- The destination declination (degrees, positive North).
Return Value
PierSideThe pointing state that a German equatorial telescope would have if a slew to the given equatorial coordinates is performed at the current instant of time.
If the driver implements the ASCOM convention described in
SideOfPier, it will also indicate the physical side of the pier on which the telescope will be.
